In my 15+ years of being a personal trainer, strength coach, and teacher, one of the things I’ve noticed most is that people need professionals they can trust. Especially in an industry like health & fitness that preys on insecurity, fear, and cultural bias.

In our consulting sessions I’ll help you navigate the oft confusing and intimidating world of fitness. We’ll work together to find safe places and ways for you to move, and build a movement program that works for you, your needs, and your life.

Available in one off sessions or ongoing coaching with regular check-ins and email follow-ups.

Other consulting services:

  1. Video technique review: $30 directed evaluation of specific movement-related questions. You bring the video, I bring the analytical tools. Includes email follow-up of details, potential fixes/adjustments, and suggested exercises.

  2. Video gait analysis: $40 evaluation of foot/ankle/knee/hip/shoulder function through walking and running video gait analysis. Includes email follow-up with observations, adjustments, and suggested exercises.
