Training, simplified

When it comes to strength and movement, everyone needs something a little different. Sure, there’s some big notes that everyone should hit, but we’re all different people with different needs, capabilities, and desires.

Programming shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. The templates I create are adaptable, flexible, and easily adjusted to fit your needs.

They come in 6 week blocks with tiered exercise selection so you can find the right progression for you. There are clear instructions so you can know exactly when and how to move on to the next version of each movement.

Each program also comes with links to private Youtube videos demonstrating progressions; along with suggested rep ranges, evaluation protocols, and weekly concepts to enrich your training experience.

Foundations

A place to begin. Adaptable, basic, but utterly thorough, Foundations provides everything you need to begin your journey. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or an experienced lifter & mover, this program will help you reset, re-evaluate, and redirect your training in a holistic direction.

Includes: instructions on how to find the appropriate volume and intensity for your level; how to choose the proper exercise progression to fit your goals; adjust based on the inevitable flux of life; links to exercise videos and explanations; and weekly concepts to deepen your movement journey.

Bodyweight Foundations

Want to work out but don’t have access to a gym? Bodyweight Foundations accomplishes all the things that Foundations does, but with exercises that can be done without any gym equipment.

Includes all the above-mentioned features of Foundations, but with all bodyweight, small-space friendly movements.

Chasing Strength

Being strong is cool. Finding your own version of strength is even cooler. Chasing Strength is a follow-up program to Foundations 1 that continues to build a powerful base upon which you can explore strength in its many forms. Want to lift some rocks? Pull your body up and over something? Do a cool bodyweight party trick? Just be generally more POWERFUL? You’re chasing strength, and this program can help.
