Teaching workshops is one of my favorite things. Sitting down with people and really digging in to ideas. Talking, exploring, and learning, and walking away with a head swimming with potential ideas.

I’ve taught workshops all over the US and Canada on a wide variety of subjects, from kettlebells to Olympic weightlifting, animal movements to strength athletics. Yoga, breathing, feet, hands, spines, goals… I love talking to people about all of it.

Examples of workshop subjects:
